Affiliates choose between PayPal and bank transfer (via Wise) in their account settings. PayPal payouts require no tax paperwork — just a valid PayPal email. Bank transfer payouts require a verified W-9 (US residents) or W-8BEN (non-US) on file. Payouts are processed monthly once your available balance reaches $25.00, and commissions are held for 60 days before they become payable.

Yes. Once signed up and verified, you can request a branded coupon code from your Links page. Approved coupon codes give your audience 10% off their first purchase on participating Archieboy sites. Each coupon request is reviewed by admin before the code is activated.

Yes. You can register or log in with your Google account at archieboy.com/affiliate/. If Google confirms your email address, your affiliate account is verified automatically — no separate confirmation email required.

Go to archieboy.com/affiliate/forgot-password and enter the email address on your account. If an affiliate account exists for that email, you will receive a password-reset link within a minute or two (check spam if it does not arrive). The link is valid for one hour. If you signed up with Google, you do not have a password — use the "Continue with Google" option on the login page instead.

If you choose bank transfer (Wise) as your payout method, you must submit a verified tax form before payouts can be processed. Log in to your affiliate dashboard and go to the Tax page, then upload your completed W-9 (US residents) or W-8BEN (non-US residents) as a PDF, JPG, or PNG. Archieboy will review and verify it within a few business days.

Log in to your affiliate dashboard and open the Settings page. Under Payout Method, choose either PayPal (enter your PayPal email address) or Bank Transfer via Wise (enter your account holder name, country, and bank details). PayPal is the simpler option — no tax form is required. Bank transfer requires a verified W-9 or W-8BEN before your first payout is released.

No. Each affiliate coupon code is one-use per customer — once a customer has redeemed your code on a participating Archieboy site, the code is treated as already redeemed for that email address on that site. Other customers can still use it. The code can still earn you commissions on renewals from customers who redeemed it the first time.

You should receive an automatic acknowledgement email right after submitting. If you did not get one, check your spam folder. For best results keep your subject line straightforward — our spam filter silently drops certain patterns. If the issue persists, email us directly at hello@archieboy.com.

When someone clicks your referral link, we track that attribution for 60 days. Any Archieboy purchase they complete within that window is credited to you, and you then earn commission on their purchases for up to 12 months. Subscription renewals earn you commission for as long as they remain a subscriber.

Yes. After signing up, the Marketing Tools page in your affiliate dashboard lists recommended tools for promoting Archieboy products — including AI social media posting, SEO landing-page generators, one-page website builders, AI podcast hosting, and AI-managed advertising. Each entry includes a suggested use case for affiliate promotion.

Yes. One affiliate code covers the entire Archieboy portfolio. When someone clicks your referral link and later makes a purchase on any Archieboy site — not just the site you linked to — the commission is credited to you. You can generate share links for individual sites from the Links page in your dashboard.

Yes. Your dashboard shows a unique visit count for each referral link alongside conversions and earnings. The time-series chart (last 30 days, 12 months, or lifetime view) also plots link clicks so you can see how traffic translates to sales. Visits are counted once per device per site, so page refreshes do not inflate the numbers.

Check your inbox for a verification email from Archieboy and click the link inside. Your account status changes from pending to active once your email is confirmed, which unlocks all dashboard features. If the email did not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder — or log in and click Resend verification email from your dashboard. If you registered via Google, your email is verified automatically.

Yes. Once logged in to your affiliate dashboard at archieboy.com/affiliate/, the Assets page provides share-ready promotional materials for Archieboy portfolio sites. Materials include pre-built share links and supporting copy you can use in articles, social posts, newsletters, or ad campaigns.

Commissions tied to a refunded or disputed transaction are reversed and returned to a pending state. If the dispute resolves in the customer's favor the commission is cancelled; if it resolves in Archieboy's favor the commission is reinstated. Accounts with an unusually high refund or dispute rate may be temporarily frozen for review.

Each portfolio-wide marketing email from Archieboy includes a one-click unsubscribe link in the footer — click it and your address is removed from our cross-portfolio mailing list immediately. Unsubscribing this way does not affect transactional emails (receipts, account notifications) or emails sent by individual Archieboy sites where you hold an account. If you have trouble unsubscribing, email hello@archieboy.com and we will remove you manually.

Archieboy Holdings periodically sends portfolio-wide updates and promotions to confirmed users of its publishing sites (such as BookBud.ai, SelfPublishing.pro, and others) and its business tools (such as BusinessMarketing.Pro). Because Archieboy is the parent company behind all those properties, you may receive the occasional message about new tools or programs available elsewhere in the portfolio. Every such email contains a one-click unsubscribe link in the footer — click it and you will not receive any further cross-portfolio emails of that type. This does not affect transactional emails or communications from the individual site where you hold an account.

Archieboy maintains three separate mailing lists: a portfolio-wide list (publishing and business cross-promotions), a consumer list (publishing-product users), and a business list (business-tool users such as BusinessMarketing.Pro). Unsubscribing from one list does not remove you from the others. Each email you receive will have a one-click unsubscribe link that removes you from that specific list. Yes, but only for operational purposes — customer-support follow-ups, password-reset confirmations, and scheduled-call reminders. We do not send promotional or marketing texts. If you used a free tool on BusinessMarketing.Pro, Grant may follow up to answer questions, share tips, and introduce other Archieboy business products that fit your needs. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link — click it at any time to stop hearing from Grant.

Every email from Grant Calloway includes a one-click unsubscribe link in the footer — clicking it removes you immediately and no further messages will be sent. Riley is an Archieboy Holdings cart-recovery assistant that sends a single follow-up email when a checkout on one of our sites does not complete. The message is triggered automatically if your Stripe checkout session goes unpaid after about an hour — Riley's only purpose is to see whether you had a question or ran into a problem. If you are not interested, simply ignore the email; no further follow-ups are sent for that session.

Archieboy Holdings operates a small team of AI-assisted publishing concierges (such as those from BookyAwards.com or SelfPublishing.pro) that proactively reach out to authors and clients in the portfolio. Each email includes an unsubscribe link — clicking it opts you out from all Archieboy publishing concierge outreach at once, across every concierge persona.
