Yes. The Archieboy Affiliate Program is open and free to join at archieboy.com/affiliate/. Affiliates earn 20% on qualifying attributed purchases during the 12-month customer window; monthly subscriptions begin paying on the second billing cycle, while annual subscriptions pay the first year's commission on the first charge. Eligible subscription renewals continue under the program terms, and full attribution and payout details are at archieboy.com/affiliate/faq and archieboy.com/affiliate/terms.

Affiliates choose between PayPal and bank transfer (via Wise) in their account settings. PayPal payouts require no tax paperwork — just a valid PayPal email. Bank transfer payouts require a verified W-9 (US residents) or W-8BEN (non-US) on file, and non-US bank-transfer affiliates have a tax withholding rate applied to each payout based on their country's tax treaty with the US. Payouts are processed monthly once your available balance reaches $25.00; commissions are held for 60 days before becoming payable, except the first charge on an annual subscription, which pays your full year's commission up front and is held for 120 days instead.

Yes. Once signed up and verified, you can request a branded coupon code from your Links page. Approved codes give your audience a flat 10% off on participating Archieboy sites, and each customer can redeem a given code once per site. Each coupon request is reviewed by admin before the code is activated.

Yes. Continue with Google can sign you into an existing affiliate account and verify its email when Google confirms the address. If you are new, Google prefills your email and name, then you still choose an affiliate code, supply promotion details, and complete the normal signup and email-verification steps.

Go to archieboy.com/affiliate/forgot-password and enter the email address on your account. If an affiliate account exists for that email, you will receive a password-reset link within a minute or two (check spam if it does not arrive). The link is valid for one hour. If you signed up with Google, you do not have a password — use the "Continue with Google" option on the login page instead.

If you choose bank transfer (Wise) as your payout method, you must submit a verified tax form before payouts can be processed. Log in to your affiliate dashboard and go to the Tax page, then upload your completed W-9 (US residents) or W-8BEN (non-US residents) as a PDF, JPG, or PNG. Non-US affiliates will see an estimated withholding rate for their country before submitting, based on the applicable US tax treaty — the exact rate is locked in once Archieboy verifies your form. Archieboy will review and verify it within a few business days.

Log in to your affiliate dashboard and open the Settings page. Under Payout Method, choose either PayPal (enter your PayPal email address) or Bank Transfer via Wise (enter your account holder name, country, and bank details). PayPal is the simpler option — no tax form is required. Bank transfer requires a verified W-9 or W-8BEN before your first payout is released.

No. Each affiliate coupon code is one-use per customer — once a customer has redeemed your code on a participating Archieboy site, the code is treated as already redeemed for that email address on that site. Other customers can still use it. The code can still earn you commissions on renewals from customers who redeemed it the first time.

Signup asks how you promote, where your audience can find you, what that audience is interested in, and its approximate size. There is no minimum audience requirement, but a complete public profile is required so the program can distinguish legitimate partners from spam. Complete applications become active after email verification.

You should receive an automatic acknowledgement email right after submitting. If you did not get one, check your spam folder. For best results keep your subject line straightforward — our spam filter silently drops certain patterns. If the issue persists, email us directly at hello@archieboy.com.

When someone clicks your referral link, we track that attribution for 60 days. If they buy on a participating Archieboy site within that window, you are credited and earn commission on their purchases for the next 12 months, unless they later click another affiliate's link. Renewals of a subscription you referred keep paying you for as long as it stays active.

Yes. After signing up, the Marketing Tools page in your affiliate dashboard lists recommended tools for promoting Archieboy products — including AI social media posting, SEO landing-page generators, one-page website builders, AI podcast hosting, and AI-managed advertising. Each entry includes a suggested use case for affiliate promotion.

One affiliate account and code works across participating Archieboy sites, not necessarily every property in the directory. A qualifying purchase on a participating site can be credited even if it is different from the site you originally linked to. The Links page in your dashboard is the authoritative list and lets you generate a share link for each eligible domain.

Yes. Your dashboard shows a unique visit count for each referral link alongside conversions and earnings. The time-series chart (last 30 days, 12 months, or lifetime view) also plots link clicks so you can see how traffic translates to sales. Visits are counted once per device per site, so page refreshes do not inflate the numbers.

You can use the dashboard while your account is pending, but payouts cannot be released until you verify your email. Click the link in the verification message, or use Resend verification email from the dashboard if it did not arrive. Google can verify the email automatically when you use it to sign in to an existing affiliate account.

Yes. Once logged in to your affiliate dashboard at archieboy.com/affiliate/, the Assets page provides share-ready promotional materials for Archieboy portfolio sites. Materials include pre-built share links and supporting copy you can use in articles, social posts, newsletters, or ad campaigns.

Some Archieboy properties let you turn on referral earnings with one click, without filling out a separate signup form. If you did that, the site created your Affiliate Program account on your behalf using the email address it already had verified for you. Check your inbox for a welcome email with a link to set your dashboard password — from there you can sign in anytime at archieboy.com/affiliate/login.

Commissions tied to a refunded or disputed transaction are reversed and removed from your earnings — this applies regardless of how the dispute is ultimately resolved. Accounts with 3 or more disputes, or a dispute rate above 5% within a 90-day period, may be temporarily frozen for review.

Every Archieboy marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. In Daily Deal emails, the first link stops only deal messages and the confirmation page also offers an option to stop all portfolio marketing; other portfolio-wide messages use the portfolio-wide opt-out directly. Transactional messages and messages from individual sites may have separate preferences.

Archieboy Holdings periodically sends portfolio-wide updates and promotions to confirmed users of its sites (such as BookBud.ai, SelfPublishing.pro, and others). Because Archieboy is the parent company behind those properties, you may receive the occasional message about new tools or programs elsewhere in the portfolio. Every such email contains a one-click unsubscribe link, and using it does not affect transactional emails or messages from the individual site where you hold an account.

Archieboy uses separate preferences for portfolio marketing, the SelfPublishing.pro Daily Deal, consumer and business messages, publishing-concierge outreach, and some individual-site reminders. Leaving one stream does not automatically remove you from the others or stop transactional messages. Use the unsubscribe link in each message, or email hello@archieboy.com for help with a specific address.

The SelfPublishing.pro Daily Deal is a limited-time offer on publishing products and services from across the Archieboy portfolio. It may be sent to active users of our author-focused sites; each message identifies the source site for your address and includes links to leave just the Daily Deal list or all Archieboy portfolio marketing.

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a lightweight bot-detection check. It runs automatically in the background and rarely requires any action on your part. If it asks you to click, simply follow the prompt and then re-submit your message.

Yes, but only for operational purposes — customer-support follow-ups, password-reset confirmations, and scheduled-call reminders. We do not send promotional or marketing texts. You can review the full policy, opt in, or opt out at any time at archieboy.com/sms-policy. To opt out of any message you receive, simply reply STOP.

Yes. The Author Tools Directory at archieboy.com/author-tools/ groups Archieboy properties by category — book creation and publishing, marketing and audience growth, and audio, courses, and adaptation. If you are not sure which tool fits your workflow, that page is the best starting point.

Yes. The By the Numbers page at archieboy.com/by-the-numbers shows aggregated metrics from across the Archieboy portfolio — things like total users served and milestones reached. The same figures are used by individual Archieboy sites to reflect the scale of the network.

Signed-in users can visit archieboy.com/review or use the Leave a review link in the footer. The form accepts a rating, comments, and optional role, website, and photo; submissions are moderated before they appear publicly. Approved reviews are shown at archieboy.com/reviews.

Grant Calloway was the AI email concierge for the earlier version of BusinessMarketing.Pro. He was retired in September 2026 when the site relaunched as a done-for-you marketing service, and he no longer sends or answers emails. If you have questions about a past message, write to support@archieboy.com.

Grant stopped sending emails when he was retired in September 2026, so no action is needed. The unsubscribe link in any past Grant email still works if you want your opt-out on record. You can also write to support@archieboy.com and we will remove your address manually.

Riley is Archieboy Holdings’ support assistant and appears in the site chat to help with questions. Riley may also send one follow-up when a checkout on one of our sites is left unfinished, to see whether you ran into a problem. You can ignore the email or use its unsubscribe link to stop future unfinished-purchase reminders from that site.

Every unfinished-checkout reminder email includes a one-click link to stop future reminders from that specific site. Clicking it will not affect your receipts, account messages, or other Archieboy communications, including reminders from other Archieboy sites.

Archieboy Holdings operates a small team of AI-assisted publishing concierges (such as those from BookyAwards.com or SelfPublishing.pro) that proactively reach out to authors and clients in the portfolio. Each email includes an unsubscribe link — clicking it opts you out from all Archieboy publishing concierge outreach at once, across every concierge persona. You can also reply 'unsubscribe' to any message, or write to higgins@archieboy.com to be removed manually.

AuthorPass is SelfPublishing.pro’s done-for-you membership for authors who want book production and/or marketing handled across the Archieboy portfolio. Single and Unlimited market finished books, while Agent can also produce and publish a book through staged approvals. Every plan has a monthly fee and a per-book setup charge; current details and live pricing are at selfpublishing.pro/authorpass.

BusinessMarketing.Pro relaunched in late September 2026 as a done-for-you marketing service for small businesses, covering podcast interviews, SEO check-ups, press releases, and optional social posts. Its old free marketing tools, MarketingPass, and the Grant Calloway email concierge were retired at that time. Current plans and details are at businessmarketing.pro.

As a verified Archieboy affiliate, you may occasionally receive emails highlighting products from across the Archieboy portfolio, since knowing the full lineup helps you promote it effectively. Every such email includes a one-click unsubscribe link that removes you from that type of outreach without affecting your affiliate account or transactional messages. Cognitive Fitness is an Archieboy Holdings mobile app (iOS and Android) for brain-training questions and scoring — it is not a web feature, so there is no in-browser way to play it. Purchases and subscriptions are handled through Google Play or Apple's App Store, not through Archieboy or Stripe directly, so billing, cancellation, and refund requests should be made through the app store you purchased from.

The QR-code product-help assistant now lives at talkingmanual.com. Old archieboy.com/ask/ links, including those on printed QR cards, redirect there automatically, so you can keep using the same card. If a link does not open, contact us through archieboy.com/contact.
