SMS / Text Messaging Policy
How Archieboy Holdings, LLC uses text messaging (SMS), how to opt in, and how to opt out at any time.

1. What this policy covers
Archieboy Holdings, LLC (“Archieboy,” “we,” “us”) sends text messages (SMS) to customers and contacts from the number +1 (978) 643-8662. This page describes what kinds of messages we send, how you opt in, and how you opt out.
2. What we send (and don’t send)
Our SMS program is operational, not promotional. That means we use SMS only to follow up on a live customer-support interaction, deliver an account notification, or confirm something you asked us to confirm. Specifically:
- Customer-support follow-ups after you call our support line at +1 (978) 643-8662 (for example, confirming we received your request, or letting you know your support ticket is being worked).
- Password-reset confirmations when you ask our support agent to trigger a reset.
- Scheduled-call reminders if you have an appointment with Dr. Bo Bennett or our team.
- Brief conversational replies when you text our support number first.
We do not send marketing or promotional SMS, and we do not sell or share your phone number or opt-in data with any third party. See our Privacy Policy § 9 for the underlying privacy commitments.
3. How you opt in
There are two ways to consent to receive SMS from Archieboy:
3.1 Verbally, on a phone call
When you call our support line at +1 (978) 643-8662, our representative may offer to follow up with you by text — for example, “Would you like me to text you a confirmation when your password reset email is on its way?” If you say yes, that verbal “yes” is recorded as your consent to receive that specific class of operational message. You may opt back out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive.
3.2 In writing, via the form on this page
You can also opt in directly by completing the form below. By submitting the form you confirm that the phone number you entered is yours and that you agree to receive operational SMS messages from Archieboy Holdings, LLC as described in section 2.

4. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Most customers receive only a handful of SMS messages per year (typically tied to a specific support request). We do not send recurring scheduled broadcasts.
5. Carrier charges
Message and data rates may apply. Archieboy Holdings, LLC does not charge you for messages we send; however, your mobile carrier may charge you for SMS messages you send or receive. Please check with your carrier for details.
6. How to opt out (STOP)
You can opt out of SMS messages from Archieboy at any time by replying any of the following keywords to any message we send: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, or OPTOUT. We will send a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, and you will not receive any further messages from this number unless you opt back in later by replying START or by re-submitting the form above.
7. How to get help (HELP)
Reply HELP or INFO to any SMS from Archieboy to receive a short reply with our support contact information. You can also email us at support@archieboy.com or call +1 (978) 643-8662 any time during normal business hours (US Eastern).
8. Privacy & data handling
SMS opt-in data (your phone number and the consent record) is stored separately from our general marketing/email systems, is never sold, and is never shared with third parties for their own marketing. Carriers and our telecommunications provider (Twilio) process message metadata as required to deliver the SMS itself; that is the only third-party processing involved.
